Refund Policy

At P&L Cleaning Service LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service you received, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

We may offer a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation and the nature of the complaint.

 

Refunds are not issued for:

 

  • Missed appointments due to lack of access to the property.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Pre-existing conditions or areas not included in the selected service package.
