Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on the condition and size of the property. -
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. -
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. -
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a return visit at no extra cost. -
Access to Property
The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply. -
Damages & Liability
We treat every home and office with care. However, if accidental damage occurs, please notify us immediately. P&L Cleaning Service LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. -

Your personal information is kept confidential and used only to provide and improve our services. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details. -
Changes to Terms
P&L Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
